Lose Weight With Coffee–REALLY!!

Coffee beans are a great natural resource that has great nutritional benefits. In this Blog, I will share with you a few articles that show that you can Lose Weight with Coffee. There are also many scientific studies to support a great ability for coffee to help Diabetics manage there A1C sugar level.

The #1 benefit most people notice from coffee is an increase in energy level. That morning cup of coffee will bring most people right back to life. As such, millions of people’s first order of business every morning is making their 1st cup of coffee, or getting to the Coffee Shop.

There are many scientific studies on the effects of coffee for coffee drinkers, but I only want to talk about 2 effects in this blog, the effects of coffee has on Diabetics and improved energy levels.

Do You Drink Coffee ?

If are a regular coffee drinker, you already know about the boost a cup of coffee brings to your body, and you probably know that more is not always better. “More is not better” is certainly applicable to many things we experience in our lives, and so we know many things are better in moderation. Coffee drinkers know how many cups of coffee are too many, and when to stop.

Diabetics should know the benefits of drinking coffee for their body. The benefits are real and I recommend anyone diagnosed with Type 2 Diabetes to research studies and see what the different results are. There is a lot of positive information and it may be to your benefit to see how the studies match or fit into where you are with diabetes. Here is an article taken from Health Line 9/20/2018 by Kris Gunnars. This article is just focusing on coffee drinkers 1 (energy level), and 2 (diabetic benefits).

Here is article #1 and #5 in reference to Diabetes and Energy level only. You can also click their link to read the whole article.

1. Can Improve Energy Levels and Make You Smarter

Coffee can help people feel less tired and increase energy levels (1 Trusted Source, 2).

That’s because it contains a stimulant called caffeine — the most commonly consumed psychoactive substance in the world (3).

After you drink coffee, the caffeine is absorbed into your bloodstream. From there, it travels to your brain (4).

In the brain, caffeine blocks the inhibitory neurotransmitter adenosine.

When this happens, the amount of other neurotransmitters like norepinephrine and dopamine increases, leading to enhanced firing of neurons (5, 6 Trusted Source).

Many controlled studies in humans show that coffee improves various aspects of brain function — including memory, mood, vigilance, energy levels, reaction times and general mental function (7, 8, 9).

SUMMARYCaffeine blocks an inhibitory neurotransmitter in your brain, which causes a stimulant effect. This improves energy levels, mood and various aspects of brain function.

5. May Lower Your Risk of Type 2 Diabetes

Type 2 diabetes is a major health problem, currently affecting millions of people worldwide.

It’s characterized by elevated blood sugar levels caused by insulin resistance or a reduced ability to secrete insulin.

For some reason, coffee drinkers have a significantly reduced risk of type 2 diabetes.

Studies observe that people who drink the most coffee have a 23–50% lower risk of getting this disease. One study showed a reduction as high as 67% (22, 23 Trusted Source, 24 Trusted Source, 25, 26).

According to a large review of 18 studies in a total of 457,922 people, each daily cup of coffee was associated with a 7% reduced risk of type 2 diabetes (27 Trusted Source).

SUMMARYSeveral observational studies show that coffee drinkers have a much lower risk of type 2 diabetes, a serious condition that affects millions of people worldwide.

13. The Biggest Source of Antioxidants in the Western Diet

For people who eat a standard Western diet, coffee may be one of the healthiest aspects of their diet.

That’s because coffee is quite high in antioxidants. Studies show that many people get more antioxidants from coffee than from fruits and vegetables combined (55 Trusted Source, 56 Trusted Source, 57).

In fact, coffee may be one of the healthiest beverages on the planet.

The Bottom Line

Coffee is a highly popular beverage around the globe that boasts a number of impressive health benefits.

Not only can your daily cup of joe help you feel more energized, burn fat and improve physical performance, it may also lower your risk of several conditions, such as type 2 diabetes, cancer and Alzheimer’s and Parkinson’s disease.

In fact, coffee may even boost longevity.

If you enjoy its taste, don’t hesitate to pour yourself a cup or more throughout the day.

Here is an article taken from Web MD by Neil Osterweil:

Coffee and Your Health

Say it’s so, Joe: The potential health benefits — and drawbacks –- of coffee.

By Neil Osterweil

Coffee may taste good and get you going in the morning, but what will it do for your health?

A growing body of research shows that coffee drinkers, compared to nondrinkers, are:

Type 2 Diabetes

Hu calls the data on coffee and type 2 diabetes “pretty solid,” based on more than 15 published studies.

“The vast majority of those studies have shown a benefit of coffee on the prevention of diabetes. And now there is also evidence that decaffeinated coffee may have the same benefit as regular coffee,” Hu tells WebMD.

In 2005, Hu’s team reviewed nine studies on coffee and type 2 diabetes. Of more than 193,000 people, those who said they drank more than six or seven cups daily were 35% less likely to have type 2 diabetes than people who drank fewer than two cups daily. There was a smaller perk — a 28% lower risk — for people who drank 4-6 cups a day. The findings held regardless of sex, weight, or geographic location (U.S. or Europe).

Conclusion:

Like I stated earlier in this Blog, there are many benefits associated with drinking coffee. I am focused on the relationship of Coffee to Diabetes, as well as Coffee to Energy levels. There is a wide variety of supporting evidence for both, and I would like to add1 more common denominator to these 2 side effects of drinking coffee. People who are diabetic and/or have low energy level AND are over weight are usually affected more due to the extra weight.

HELP IS RIGHT HERE:

I would like to share with you a product that should be a huge benefit to this segment of our population. There is a Coffee Brand available named Valentus. Valentus is a coffee brand designed to help you lose weight and is super diabetic friendly. I have been drinking Valentus for 2 months now, with great results. I have certainly been called a “nay sayer” “doubting Thomas” “non-believer” most of my adult life, and rightly so. I have to see things before I believe them. It helps if I can see SOME things twice.

Valentus has certainly made a believer out of me. I have been 10 pounds over weight for many years, and have tried many, many things to lose the last few pounds, with NO success. With Valentus I lost 6 pounds in the first 2 weeks of drinking Valentus. I changed NOTHING else about my diet. NOTHING! In the next 2 weeks I lost another 3 pounds. My energy has increased every day, I sleep less, and can wear all of my clothes again. Valentus has been kind to my diabetes as well. I have had my A1C tested every 90 days for the last 10 years, and has consistently been between 6.8 and 7.2. The results of my last A1C test (Feb.1-April 30) 90 days, is 6.4. The only thing I have done different is change brands of coffee (Valentus). I am not claiming that everyone gets this type of result, I just want to share my experience, and urge anyone that is fighting weight and A1C to try Valentus Coffee.

I don’t know if Valentus is available at your local Market, but you can get it on line here, https://amzn.to/2VLre3c

OR_– You can view the whole product line and Affilliate Program here, this is a link to my Affialiate Site:https://www.ValentusRotator.com/mmorlock

Anyone interested in this product, please do your due diligence to determine if this is something that you would like to try.  As always, please contact me with any questions, concerns, or ideas.

Kind Regards,

Mark S
